Route #7. Blue Mediterranean: Natural Park of la Albufera and Cullera
We start our route from the same city of the Arts and Sciences of Valencia to go always towards the South. We go through the Natural Park of El Saler, always parallel to the coastline. Just a few kilometres from Valencia we have La Albufera between pine trees and expanses of rice paddies. We enter the heart of the natural park of La Dehesa, always surrounded by nature, with intense contrasts of green and blue colors, enjoying amazing Mediterranean light, finding populations traditionally maritime in our way. We will arrive to the town of Cullera where we will have a short but intense rise to enjoy wonderful views of the entire Bay of Valencia and make impressive photographs (optional depending on your form). On days with good visibility we can also see the mountains of Denia (Alicante) and the city of Valencia with the Sierra Calderona behind him.
