Description
We can start our route from the city of Valencia, or if you prefer we can shorten it leaving from the town of Bétera, village strategically located for exploring the Sierra Calderona making the route shorter. We will look into the heart of Sierra Calderona, passing through the towns of Olocau and Gátova, typical towns of the interior of Valencia and located in the heart of the Sierra, surrounded by Mediterranean forests. We will ride on very quiet roads. Ascension to Eagle peak is long, but the percentage is moderate so it is suitable for any moderately prepared cyclist or to the most tenacious! The Oronet by its northern slope is always a really nice port, with the sea to our left, the contrasts of Blues and Greens are a pleasure for the senses. Once crowned the Oronet, will begin a long descent which will lead us to Serra, Náquera and Bétera, optional starting point or continue towards Valencia.
