Natural Park El Saler and Cullera

Our route starts at Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias and headed South crossing the natural reserve El Saler and always parallel to the waterfront - your'll reach Albufera. It's located 18km from Valencia. Albufera is largest lake in Spain. Around this irea you'll discover stunning rice fields and hundred-years-old pine trees. The forest La Dehesa must been seen and enjoyed the mediterranian colour mixture when you'll enter deep into it. Blue sea and greenest of the forest match perfectly with the bright light of the region.Cycling South you will reach some traditional fishing villages. Once you get to Cullera you must make a short but intense climb. Once up, you can enjoy the wonderful view of Valencia and take advantage of the small break to make some great photos. During the most clear days the mountains of Denia can be seen from Cullera to the South and Valencia city which is located to the North.
